Annie's Simple and Easy Salsa Recipes

Red Chiles Salsa

1/4 c. minced garlic
1 tbsp. olive oil
1 lg. tomato, cored & chopped
1 med. onion, minced
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 tbsp. minced canned chipotle chiles
2 caps vinegar
1 tbsp. sugar
Salt to taste

Cook garlic in oil until soft and sweet. Mix all other ingredients. Chill 6 hours. Serve with favorite food. Good with fresh shellfish.
