STRAWBERRY PIE
1 pt. fresh strawberries, cleaned
3 tbsp. strawberry Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 c. sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
Red food coloring
Cook water, sugar and cornstarch until thick. Remove from heat. Add 3 tablespoons
strawberry Jello and few drops red food coloring. Cool. Mix with strawberries and pour in
baked pie shell. Refrigerate. Serve topped with whipped cream.
