HOLIDAY RIBBON RING MOLD
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. strawberry Jello
5 c. boiling water
2 (4 oz.) pkgs. lime Jello
2/3 c. sour cream or vanilla yogurt
1. Dissolve strawberry Jello in 2 1/2 cups boiling water. Pour 1/1 2cups into 5 cup ring
mold. Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes. Chill remaining Jell in a bowl;
gradually blend in 1/3 cup of sour cream or vanilla yogurt and spoon over Jello in mold.
Chill until set but not firm, about 15 minutes.
2. Repeat Step 1 with lime Jello.
3. Chill at least 2 hours. Unmold. Serves 12.
