CORNED BEEF CASSEROLE
1 can corned beef
1 1/2 c. boiling water
1 (3 oz.) pkg. lemon Jello
2 tsp. vinegar
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. celery
1/2 c. radishes
1/2 c. onions
4 hard boiled eggs
Mix boiling water, lemon Jello, vinegar, salt, and mayonnaise. Let set until
cooked, shred corned beef. Add all other ingredients and garnish with hard
boiled eggs
