Quick Praline Candy Recipe
1 (3-3/4 oz.) box butterscotch pudding
1/2 c. brown sugar
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. evaporated milk
1 tbsp. butter
1-1/2 c. pecans, broken
Mix first five ingredients in a saucepan until boiling, stirring
constantly. Cook over low heat to soft ball stage. Add pecans
and beat until almost stiff. Spoon onto wax paper.
