Creamy PralineCandy Recipe
2 c. sugar
1/2 c. white Karo
1 c. whipping cream
Mix all together and cook, stirring constantly with wooden
spoon. Cook until soft ball stage (238 degrees). Remove from
heat and add: 1/8 tsp. salt
2 c. whole pecans
1/2 tsp. vanilla
1-1/2 tbsp. margarine
Beat until glossy and holds shape. Drop by teaspoon onto wax
paper.
