Zucchini Impossible Pie
1 c. Bisquick
4 eggs
1 garlic clove, chopped
1/2 c. grated sharp cheese
1/2 c. oil
3 c. cubed zucchini
1 large onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
Blend together Bisquick, eggs, garlic, cheese and oil. Place
in 9-inch pie pan the zucchini, onion and green pepper. Pour
first mixture on top. Bake in 350 degrees oven for about 45
minutes or until golden brown. |
