Impossible Ham and Swiss
Pie
2 c. cooked ham, chopped
1 c. (about 4 oz.) natural Swiss cheese
1/3 c. chopped onion
4 eggs
2 c. milk
1 c. Bisquick
1/4 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Heat oven to 400 degrees. Grease pie plate (10x1 1/2
inches). Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions into pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour into plate
over the ham, cheese and onions. Bake until golden brown and
a knife inserted in center comes out clean. Bake for 35-40
minutes. |
