SWISS STEAK AND TOMATOES

1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. dry mustard
2 lb. round steak
2 tbsp. oil
Salt & pepper
1 can mushrooms
1 c. sliced onion
1 1/2 c. canned tomatoes
1 tbsp. brown sugar
2 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce

Combine flour and mustard; pound into steak. Brown on both sides in the oil. Season with salt and pepper. Place meat in small roaster with lid. Mix next 5 ingredients and pour over meat; cover. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
