Meatloaf
2 lb. of ground beef
Tbsp. of mustard
2 tbsp. catsup
4 slices of bread, crumbled
2 eggs
1 onion, cut up
1-1/2 c. milk
Combine all ingredients. Shape 1/2 of mixture into a loaf and put in
casserole dish. Slice cheese and put on top. Shape remainder 1/2 of
mixture and put on top of bottom of mixture. Pour a glaze over the
meatloaf. Bake at 350 degrees for about 40 minutes or less.
GLAZE
1/2 bottle of catsup (about 4 c.)
1 c. brown sugar
Warm on top of stove on low temperature. Very tasty. ..
