| Easy Tomato Soup
Meatloaf 1 to 1-1/2 lb. lean ground beef
1-2 c. soft bread crumbs
1 can tomato soup
1 egg
Salt & pepper
Mix all ingredients together, reserving 1/2 can of tomato soup for
topping. Pat into loaf pan. Top with rest of tomato soup. Bake at 350
degrees for 1 hour.
